New Level Roofing LLC will inspect, take pictures and document the roof for any storm related damage such as hail and wind. We check the roof for prominent hail hits to the components and the matting of the shingles, creased or blown off shingles, heat blisters, granule loss, points of potential water entry and deterioration. During our inspect, we will do a 360 around the property to look for collateral damage. The inspector will check for any personal property damage as well. We offer drone inspections.
If we find enough weather damage on top of the roof then we will look for a current date of loss to file an insurance claim. One of our roofing/insurance claims specialist can help assist with filing a dwelling claim for hail and wind damage.
Once a claim is filed an adjuster will usually reach out between 48-72 hours to discuss a date and time that the adjuster will be at the property. Badgett Construction ca be present during the adjuster meeting to point out all the storm damage to the insurance adjuster.
When the property owner receives the Loss Summary Report from the insurance company, one of Badgett Construction's insurance claims specialist will reach out to go over the paperwork with the property owner. If the insurance adjuster missed anything from their inspection, then Badgett Construction will supplement anything that was missed from the initial scope report.
The insurance company will send a first check in order to start the work. Once the first check is received, then Badgett Construction will put the project on the schedule. The sales rep will discuss the material arrival and installation date with the property owner.
After materials drop we are on top of the roof within 48 hours. During the roof replacement if you have any questions please contact your roof supervisor about your project.
Once the project is completed, Badgett Construction will submit a final invoice to the insurance company so that the depreciation check can be released.
We will negotiate your claim so that little to no money comes out of your pocket.
